About us

A Canadian robotics partner,
not just a distributor

RoboMall Canada is a division of Incipt International. We help Canadian businesses evaluate, select, deploy, and operate robotic solutions — working as a long-term partner rather than a one-time vendor.

Who we are

We help businesses make the right automation decisions

RoboMall Canada was established to address a gap in the Canadian market: businesses interested in robotics often struggle to find a partner who can guide them through the full process — from understanding whether automation makes sense, to selecting the right solution, to keeping it running reliably.

We are an authorized Canadian distributor for five robotics brands: Pudu Robotics, Keenon Robotics, Vention, Dematic, and Youibot. These brands were selected because they offer proven solutions across the use cases most relevant to Canadian businesses — service robotics, industrial automation, and autonomous mobile robots.

We are currently active in British Columbia and Alberta, and are in the process of expanding to Ontario. We assess each project individually and will be transparent about whether we can support your location and timeline.

We start with your problem, not our product

Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation. We ask about your operations, your challenges, and your goals before recommending anything.

We represent multiple brands for a reason

No single robotics brand is right for every application. We work with five complementary brands so we can match the solution to your specific environment.

We stay involved after the sale

We handle installation, commissioning, staff training, and ongoing maintenance. Our goal is a system that runs reliably — not a transaction.

We are honest about scope and limitations

Not every business is ready for robotics, and not every project makes financial sense. We will tell you that clearly, rather than oversell a solution.

Our approach

How we think about robotics adoption

Robotics adoption in Canada is still early-stage for most businesses. The technology is mature, but the process of evaluating, deploying, and integrating robots into real operations is not straightforward. We built our service model around that reality.

01

Evaluate first

Before any purchase decision, we help you understand whether automation is the right tool for your specific situation — including ROI modelling and operational fit analysis.

02

Start with a pilot

We recommend starting with a defined pilot scope rather than a full rollout. This reduces risk, builds internal confidence, and provides real data for expansion decisions.

03

Build for longevity

We design deployments that are maintainable, scalable, and supported locally. A robot that runs reliably for five years is worth more than one that impresses in a demo.

Where we operate

Currently serving BC & Alberta

Our operations are currently focused on British Columbia and Alberta, where we have established service and support infrastructure. We are actively building out our Ontario presence and expect to be operational there in the near term.

If your business is located outside these provinces, we encourage you to reach out. We assess each project individually and may be able to support your location depending on project scope and type.
